Monday Weigh In // It's a start


Last Weeks Weight: 151.6 lbs

This Weeks Weight: 150.4 lbs

Loss/Gain This Week: 1.2 lbs

Total Weight Loss: 107.6 lbs

So, Down 1.2 lbs this week. I was surprised that I hadn't maintained my weight after the week I'd had, but I suppose this is a good thing.

My guess its that a majority of it is water weight and not actual fat loss - but either way I'll take it.

Hopefully next week will bring me the same loss and I can hopefully get back down into the 140's.

Focus. That's all I need. Bring on this week!
