Summary Sunday


Workouts this week:
Sunday - 5.65 miles

I've been away at my parents for the whole week and didn't take any running stuff with me. So I didn't work out at all this week. I got back Saturday afternnoon so I did fit in a run this morning. I did a fair bit of walking on Thursday as I was shopping with my mum.. But wouldn't exactly class it as a workout.

Food this week:
As good as it could get when I'm not really that in control of what i was eating. I had 2 Roast Dinners whilst I was away, on New Years Eve and New Year's Day. It was so so.. Quite a bit of snacking but I don't think I overate much.. So I think my weigh in should be ok tomorrow. 

Goals last week:
I didn't make any goals for last week, but I did do what I said I was going to do.. To make my New Years Resolutions.. And if you missed them.. You can see my post HERE.

Goals this week:
1) Don't be silly with snacking.
Now that I'm back home.. I'm back to where my chocolate is that I was given for Christmas. So my goal is to at least limit myself  and stop from going silly with it. 1 or 2 pieces is fine. Not the whole pack.

2) Start an exercise routine.
Now that I'm back home, there's no excuse for me to not exercise.. Plus! I have a load of fitness / yoga stuff that is begging to be tried out. So I reckon I'll do that.

That's it for this week. I start back at work tomorrow and I'm looking forward to it.. NOOOTT ;)
