Late Weigh In

-16.8 lbs since January 1st.
-123.8 lbs since starting weight.

Current Weight: 134.4lbs

First of all, apologies for the late post. I've been INCREDIBLY busy trying to fit in revision for an exam that I'm sitting for work on the 23rd of this month. I don't feel prepared at all and I don't want to fail it.. so I'm making sure to spend the time so that its all good on the day.

I think I've finally gotten used to the whole up and down on the scales and I actually think I'm doing fairly well on maintenance considering.. but its early days.. so we will see what happens.

I'm slowly but surely trying to stop my calorie counting as it can be quite annoying. I now hardly log during the day and then just log all my food in the evenings. I'm trying to make conscious decisions about food and it seems to be going OK so far. 

I do eventually just want to quit calorie counting all together and just go with the flow.. but I don't want to start making silly decisions and gain weight.. so for now I'm sticking with the once a day logging of food.

Well, that's it for today, back to work, mentally preparing myself not to go nuts tomorrow with the Pizza Team Lunch that we have tomorrow at work. ;)
