Weigh In


-2.4 lbs
-16.6 lbs since January 1st.
-123.6 lbs since starting weight.

Current Weight: 134.6 lbs

So... Down 2.4 lbs this week.

I expected that I might end up losing a bit this week but was not expecting to see more than 1 lb loss.

I was at my parents from Saturday to Tuesday, I did not have access to scales on the Monday, hence the reason why this weigh in is slightly late.

I didn't eat very good whilst at my parents, I would say I ate fairly healthy for the most part, but I didn't eat enough. I didn't have lunch on two of the days. So, I essentially skipped a big meal. I didn't really snack either.

I didn't exercise on those days, which was probably a good idea or I would have been totally run down and lethargic.

I only ran on the last day I was there in the morning and I walked a lot on Monday shopping for Christmas presents. Other than those two things, I didn't do anything else.

So, yeh.. I wasn't expecting a loss this week, especially not 2.4 lbs, but I feel much more comfortable in seeing a loss on the scale than if I saw a gain when I stepped on the scale.

I'm on maintenance now, so ofc there can be a slight fluctuation in my weight by a few pounds plus or minus. My weight will probably go back up this week now that I am eating my lunch again at home.

Either way, I don't mind. It was a nice surprise for me.
