Not a bad week of exercise. I'm happy that I fit in 4 days of running this week, but not so chuffed about the Yoga and Kettlebells.

Could have fit the yoga and kettlebells at other points during this week but it just didn't happen. Sometimes I didn't want to get out of bed.. it happens.

Food this week:
Food was actually So So this week. On Monday and Tuesday, I was finishing up a long weekend up at my parents house and eating wasn't fab there. However, I got back on track when I got home. Snacking hasn't been that bad and my main meals have been pretty good.

Goals last week:
1st - Incorporate kettlebells back into my weekly workouts.
I wouldn't exactly say that one kettlebell workout is putting them back into my weekly workouts, so I'm gonna say that this goal was a fail.

2nd - Fit in 4 runs this week. Work on breathing.
I did fit in my 4 runs this week which was the main part of the goal. I did focus more on my breathing whilst I was running but It still definitely needs more improvement.. and dare I say a little practice. It's SO hard to try and control my breathing. I feel like I'm lacking SERIOUS oxygen when I start to push my pace.

Goals next week:
1st - Do at least 2-3 Kettlebell workouts this week.
I'm not giving up on this one. I bought kettlebells.. they need to be used. I do this all the time. Buying new equipment and workout stuff and it never gets used. Seems like a good great idea at the time and then I just don't use it.

I've heard great things about kettlebells and the different workouts.. and I want to see what the deal is with them and whether they help out. I'm sure they will.. So lets see!

Does anyone have any tips on breathing during running?  I am just trying to slow my breathing down at the moment, but maybe I should be focusing on something else.

Until Next Time..
