Monday Weigh In


+ 0.4 lbs
-14.4 lbs since January 1st.
-121.4 lbs since starting weight.

Current Weight: 136.8

As predicted.

I'm hovering and have been hovering around the same number for a while.

As much as I would like to get back down to 133 lbs, I just don't think my body wants to. Either that or I'm not trying hard enough.

I'm not disappointed though. I was going to maintain at 133 and wasn't going any lower.. what is 3 lbs difference going to make?  I didn't look any different 3 lbs less than I do now as I've been taking pictures.

I will be on maintenance from this week and I'll make a post about my plans for what I'm going to do now that I am at maintenance.

Any tips for going to Maintenance, for anyone that is currently maintaining?

  1. Honestly this is part of life and the ups and downs that go with it. It REALLY doesn't matter at all if you are 133 pounds or 136 pounds or even 140 pounds. I know at some point it DOES matter but a few pounds up and down is normal. I struggle with that too, but honestly this is why I try and not weigh myself too much. What is entirely more important is those pictures and how you look and FEEL about your body. Stay active and healthy and everything else falls into place the way it should :)

    1. thank you for this, you're totally right. Im not gonna fret too much about it now. Just going to move on to maintenance, though i've heard thats even more difficult than losing weight. We'll see!
