Summary Sunday


Workouts this week:
Monday - Water running in the pool on Holiday - 30 mins
Saturday - 5.68 miles running
Sunday - 6.6 miles running

Only 3 days of working out this week. Tuesday and most of Wednesday travelling back from the Dominican Republic. Thursday and Friday was spent recovering as I was SO tired. Then I got back to my usual runs over the weekend.

Food this week:
Food hasn't been too bad this week. It was holiday choices on Monday and Tuesday morning. Then Tuesday afternoon till Wednesday morning was airplane food. I didn't eat much else other than small bits on Wednesday as I was more tired than anything.

Thursday through to Saturday was mostly back to normal food wise. I didn't have anything out of the ordinary.

Goals this week:
I can now start setting goals now that I'm back. I'll set them weekly like I used to.

1st - Get back into an exercise routine.
I haven't quite figured out exactly what I'm going to do for exercise yet but I will probably go back to doing T25 during the week with Running on Weds, Thurs, Sat and Sun.

2nd - Reduce sugar intake
I want to see how I fair weight loss and energy wise if I try to cut out as much sugar from my diet as possible. I'll obviously keep you updated with it next week.

So that's my quick update for this week. It's weigh in tomorrow and I will find out what the damage is from my holiday. So keep your eyes peeled tomorrow for an update.
