Monday Weigh In


+ 1.2 lbs
-11 lbs since January 1st.
-118 lbs since starting weight.

Current Weight: 140 lbs

So much for loosing or maintenance. I don't know how I managed to gain 1.2 lbs this week.

I've exercised more than I did when I was on Holiday. I'm eating far less and far healthier than I did when I was on holiday. Yet for some reason, the scale would like to show me a gain on the scales again this week.

It doesn't make me feel too good. There's obviously something I've been doing wrong this week. I have been feeling extremely bloated and horrible since Thursday last week so maybe that's got something to do with it.

BUT, there's no point in lingering on it. I gained. Its done. Now move on and try to lose next week.
