Monday Weigh In

-16.6 lbs since January 1st.
-123.6 lbs since starting weight.

Current Weight: 134.4 lbs

Maintained this week. It's better than gaining I suppose.

If anything, my eating was slightly healthier last week and I ate less but seemed to have not lost anything so I don't quite know how that works out.

Oh well. Would have preferred a loss, but I'm glad I didn't yo-yo back up this week.

Next week will be a delayed weigh in as i'm at my parents over bank holiday weekend and wont have access to the scales. It will probably be weigh in on the Tuesday as I like to weigh myself at the same time each week.
