Monday Weigh In

-123.6 lbs since starting weight.

Current Weight: 134.4 lbs

Finally! After yo-yo-ing on the scales for the last couple of weeks. I'm glad to see a loss on the scales this week.

I wasn't actually expecting almost 2 lbs loss. I ate quite a lot on the weekend. The only thing that may have works in my favour was my exercise as I have been working out daily.

Hopefully, it doesn't go back up and will stay where it is or go lower. I'll be trying my best for the latter option.


I went to London to see the sights for the first time today which was nice so it it included a lot of walking. I've been only feet all day.

Been up to anything fun today or over the weekend? Have you been to London? What's your favourite landmark there? My favourite was The London Eye.. It was amazing to see the views from the top!
