Monday Weigh In


-15.2 lbs since January 1st.
-122.2 lbs since starting weight.

Current Weight: 135.4 lbs

Ugh.. Not happy with this. Like I said in yesterday's post. I was SO hoping for at least some sort of loss this week. I thought I ate pretty well this week and I certainly got in my exercise.. But to no avail.

I'm keeping my chin up. Staying positive.

I've changed my workout routine as a final push for the holiday in September. I will write a separate post on my new schedule. I'm trying to eat cleaner. I'm cutting down on sweet treats, I've substituted things that are white such as pasta for wholemeal.. Hopefully it makes a difference.
