-121.8 lbs since starting weight.

Current Weight: 136.2 lbs

Small Steps..  that's all it takes.

I've finally got it into my head that it doesn't need to be a massive loss every week. Small losses add up over time.

I'm happy with the small loss this week. Still going in the right direction.
