Monday Weigh In

-12.8 lbs since January 1st.
-119.8 lbs since starting weight.

Current Weight: 138.2 lbs

Gained. I put this down partly due to food this week and partly water retention caused by food and Muscle Soreness.

When I hopped on the scale the first time, it read a maintain from last week. I always step on the scale twice to make sure the measurement is the same both times. It normally is. Except for today, second reading had a gain of 0.8 lbs so I've logged the higher instead of the lower number as I weighed myself again and got the same number.

Oh well. Bring on next week.
