Monday Weigh In

-9.4 lbs since January 1st.
-116.4 lbs since starting weight.

Current Weight: 141.6 lbs

Booooo! :(

I was not expecting a gain this week. I was expecting some sort of loss after all the running that I've been doing over the last week and a half.

I guess it just wasn't to be! TOM has reared its ugly head and I'm being told that the weight gain could be water retention of muscle gain... I'm not sure what caused the gain but I won't let it hinder my progress.

Back to the gym tomorrow and carry on..
