Monday Weigh In


-0.2 lb
-7 lbs since January 1st.
-114 lbs since starting weight.

Current Weight: 144 lbs

Grrr.. I saw this coming if you have already read my Sunday Summary post..  I do not think the Roundtrees sweets were the full reason for my downfall this week though.

My legs are REALLY sore from the squats and leg extensions that I have been doing to strengthen my legs/knees, so I think maybe (or at least I'm hoping) that the small loss is due to water retention.

Either way, I still had a loss this week. At least I didn't gain!
