Monday Weigh In


-4.8 lbs since January 1st.
-111.8 lbs since starting weight.

Current Weight: 146.2

So... Not bad going this week. I pretty much put this down to the running that I did over the weekend though, I think it gave me to kick start that I needed again which is a good thing.

However, this has happened before and it's pretty damn guaranteed that I won't get the same loss next week if I ate similar and did the same sorts of exercise, but it doesn't mean I need to do less.

I'll carry on the same as last week and see where it leads me.

Lets hope this great start to the week only continues to get better!
