C25k Week 4 Complete! And other updates...


Sorry I haven't updated much this week. I've been meaning to update after every run I do but I never got round to it. It wasn't that I was bsy or anything I just forgot and It slipped my mind.

Oh well. Today I finished my fourth run of week 4 so I will be moving on to week 5 on Friday, eeep! I'm nervous. The runs this week that I didn't update on we're ok. The second and last run I seemed to struggle somewhat. My legs let like jelly the entire time and it was difficult to pick my legs up. On the plus side, I've got a good pace that allows me to breath at ease without any struggling so I'm seeing progress that way.

My third run of the week was by far my best run of the week. My boyfriend and I had a small argument over the fact that I take so long to get changed and put my shoes on before the run. So much so that he decided not to go with me. I left the house on my own thinking I wouldn't be able to do it without him. I was so wrong.

If anything, running without him seemed easier. When he is running with me I feel like I have to run faster. I dont know if it's the same for anyone else who has a running partner. The run was kind of therapeutic too. I left in a bd mood and after my first 3 minute run I was completely relaxed.

So overall week 4 has been good. I'm not sure how long I run for in week 5, I'm a little scared to even look. I didn't attempt a longer run like I've normally done because every time I have I've been able to do it so I guess I'm hoping it will be the same for next week. I hope I've not jinxed myself with that.

On another note, 30 day shred is still happening as much as I don't want it to. I cried the other day not because I was sore but because I just couldn't be arsed. I didn't do the 30 day shred today either. I fell asleep again after my boyfriend left for work and by the time I woke up again I was rushing around late.

Back on the band wagon tomorrow by the time I finish the shred it will be holiday time so I will put in my all till then and see what happens.

Just realised Its been that long that I haven't updated you on my weigh in either. Siiiigh. Weigh in results were good this week. Down 1.8lbs better than the no loss I had for for 3 weeks so I'm pleased. I hope it stays off. We will see.

Well I think that is all I have to update you on or now. Hope I haven't missed anything out. I will try to update everything on the day it happens.
