Plan for this week


Plan for this week is as follows:

- Continue on with the 30day shred this week. Level 3.
- Add in extra exercise this week of 20mins on the cross trainer everyday after work.
- Try to make sure that I net 1200 or atleast close to that.

Last week seemed to do very little in terms of weight loss, only lost a measly 0.2kg so I've decided that I probably need to up my exercise a little more to see if that has any benefit on my weight loss this week. We will see.
